Recommended household and cleaning products
Kosdeg Copper Cups
A lot of people are low in copper, and these are genuine copper — I know because mine has tarnished. If a cup stays shiny forever, it probably isn’t the real thing.
Scrub Daddy Damp Duster
A drug-free way to clean. Rinse the sponge, wipe it along the surface, and it lifts the dust off instead of pushing it into the air. No sprays, no fragrance.
Calyptus 30% Concentrated Vinegar
We use this as a laundry booster. At 30% concentration a little goes a long way, and it helps lift what regular detergent leaves behind.
Biokleen Bac-Out Stain Remover
Another laundry booster, and an eco-friendly one. It gets clothes clean without the harsh stuff, which matters when fabric sits against your child’s skin all day.
Citrus II Deodorizing Spray
This one is my favorite. It really smells like oranges — like a freshly peeled one, not a fake orange scent. So many air fresheners are full of hormone-disrupting chemicals. This is a natural way to freshen a room, and I have used it for years.
Ticonderoga Noir Pencils
These are Dr. Roller’s favorite pencils, because they are shiny and bedazzled.
Serola Sacroiliac Belt
For moms with an unstable pelvis, it helps stabilize the SI joints. I recommend it when a mom has bad SI joint pain, is already getting adjusted, but still feels unstable — worn as needed, especially when lifting kids. I do not recommend it if your baby is breech.
EmeTerm Nausea Relief Band
A drug-free wristband for morning sickness. You wear it when you need it.
Door Monkey Door Lock & Pinch Guard
Kids are always getting into things they shouldn’t. This keeps doors closed to little explorers, and keeps them from slamming shut on little fingers. I hate seeing a child get pinched in a door.
Magnelex Sock Style Car Window Shades
Handy for keeping the sun off your baby in the car when you cannot be back there to shade them yourself.
KeaBabies Baby Wrap Carrier
Babywearing is important. It is good for a baby to be snuggled up against you, and I like the way this wrap positions their hips.
ECOS Free & Clear Laundry Detergent
A laundry detergent that is a little friendlier on your skin and on your hormones.
Foundations Mini Diaper Pail
This one is amazing. We have two in the office. They work fantastic on odors, and they take normal garbage bags — no special refill cartridges to buy.
Seven Minerals Magnesium Oil Spray
Really helpful for muscle cramps. Spray it on the muscle that is cramping and rub it in — it helps almost right away.
Mama Bear 99% Water Baby Wipes
I like these because they are water based, with no artificial fragrance. So many fragrances mess with your hormones, and a wipe touches your baby’s skin many times a day.
Burt’s Bees Organic Cotton Receiving Blankets
Getting away from synthetic fibers is important to me. These are 100% cotton, and it is organic cotton, which is the part that matters.
Doona Car Seat & Stroller
The stroller is built into the car seat, so you are not giving up your trunk space to a separate stroller. One thing to consider: the handle does not have the curve I show parents to carry a seat by, so it can be a little harder on your back.
Magnetic Child Safety Cabinet Locks
I love these. They are easy to install, and we use them at my house to keep the grandbabies out of what does not belong to them. Better than the little hooks — the cabinet closes all the way, so there is no gap for fingers to get pinched in.
