Pediatric Chiropractor in Salt Lake City, Utah
Kids Only Chiropractic is exactly what the name says. The practice is limited to children from birth through age 21, and to pregnant and postpartum mothers. We are not a family practice that also happens to see children — children are the whole practice.
Dr. Matthew Roller, D.C. has practiced since 2003. He holds all three certifications the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) awards: Webster, for pelvic balance in pregnancy; Perinatal, covering care from preconception through postpartum; and Pediatric (CACCP), a 200-hour program in caring for children from newborn through adolescence. Most chiropractors who advertise pregnancy care hold the first of those three.
If you are a parent weighing whether chiropractic is appropriate for your baby or child, that question deserves a real answer rather than a sales pitch. Dr. Roller will walk you through exactly what he finds and what he would do about it before any care begins.
What parents bring their children in for
These are the concerns we see most often. Each one has its own page explaining what we look for and what care involves.

- Torticollis — a baby who favours one side
- Recurring ear infections
- Trouble latching or breastfeeding on one side
- Digestion, gas and constipation
- Bedwetting
- ADD and ADHD
- Asthma
- Rib dysfunction in children
- Scoliosis in children and teens

Who we see
Care is grouped by stage, because a newborn and a fifteen-year-old need very different things:
- Babies and newborns — feeding and latch difficulty, colic and reflux, a head that turns more easily one way, digestion. More on infant care.
- Toddlers — falls and tumbles, recurring ear infections, constipation, sleep.
- Kids and teens, through age 21 — sports injuries, posture, headaches, scoliosis monitoring, bedwetting.
- Pregnant and postpartum mothers — Webster Technique certified care through pregnancy and recovery. More on pregnancy care.
What happens at a first visit
You will not be handed a treatment plan before anyone has looked at your child. Dr. Roller starts with your child’s history and what brought you in, examines them in a way appropriate to their age, and then explains what he found and what he would do about it. You get to ask questions before any care begins.
If chiropractic is not the right fit for what is going on, you will be told that.
If it is the right fit and you want to go ahead, care starts that same day. There is no second appointment booked just to come back and be given a plan and a price.
What it costs
Kids Only Chiropractic runs on a membership model rather than billing insurance. That keeps visits unlimited and the price predictable, with no authorizations and no surprise bills.
There is no large care plan to pay for up front. The joining fee and the monthly rate below are the whole price, whatever your child needs that month.
Parents regularly arrive here after being quoted thousands of dollars somewhere else. One mother had been handed a plan for her two children that came to $10,000. Both of her children and the mother herself were cared for here on the monthly membership instead.
- One child, or one pregnant mom — $200 to join, then $100 a month
- All the kids in your immediate family — $300 to join, then $150 a month. From 1 September 2026 this becomes $200 a month for new memberships. Families who join before then keep the $150 rate as founders pricing for as long as they stay members.
Membership includes unlimited visits, 24/7 access to Dr. Roller by phone or text, and easy scheduling. HSA and FSA cards are accepted — chiropractic care typically qualifies as an eligible medical expense. We do not bill insurance directly and do not provide superbills for reimbursement.
Common questions from parents
Is chiropractic safe for a child? It is a fair question and it deserves a direct answer. Dr. Roller is certified in pediatric and perinatal care through the ICPA and uses techniques designed for infants and children, not scaled-down adult adjustments. He will explain exactly what he intends to do before he does it.
How often will we come in? That depends on what is found at the examination. Membership includes unlimited visits, so the schedule is driven by your child rather than by what a visit costs.
Do you see adults? No. The practice is limited to children from birth through 21 and to pregnant and postpartum mothers.
