What the research shows

A breech baby turned head-down by 37 weeks

A 2025 case report followed a pregnant woman with an MRI-confirmed breech baby at 35 weeks. After chiropractic care using the Webster Technique, her baby turned to a head-down position by 37 weeks, and she went on to have an uncomplicated vaginal delivery.

Four out of four VBAC moms delivered vaginally

A case series looked at four women trying for a vaginal birth after a previous C-section. All four received chiropractic care, mainly the Webster Technique, during their second or third trimester. All four delivered vaginally — including one home birth — with labour starting on its own in every case.

Do I need a referral from my OB or Midwife?

No, a referral is not required to receive care. Many of our moms come on their own and others through a recommendation from their birth team. Either way we’d love to help take care of you.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not bill insurance as insurance companies make it too hard to bill and get claims paid, so we work directly with our members to keep our pricing almost at cost. Though we don’t work with traditional insurance, we accept HSA and FSA cards as a form of payment.

Does the Webster Technique guarantee my baby will turn?

No technique can guarantee a baby will turn, but the Webster Technique is designed to reduce physical tension and pelvic imbalance that may be limiting your baby’s movement.
