Mindful Mommies in Bluffdale

This week we will be meeting in Bluffdale at the house of an Herbalist named Christy Garner to learn about herbs we can grow at home, compost, the benefits of gardening for kids and ourselves. We will be doing a hands on activity for parents and kids planting microgreens.
